Gas lift Turnkey project including dehydration package (6 MMSCFD from 150 PSI suction to 1,800 PSI discharge pressure) – Amal Petroleum Company

Power House Egypt delivered a fully integrated gas lift rental solution for AMAPETCO at the Ras Shukeir site, supporting their production operations from 2018 to 2020. The project included a high-capacity gas compression package designed to handle 8 MMSCFD, boosting gas from 150 psi suction pressure to an impressive 1800 psi discharge pressure with consistent reliability.

In addition, the scope featured a glycol dehydration package engineered to reduce gas moisture levels from 1400 PPM to 150 PPM, ensuring the gas met AMAPETCO’s processing and field specifications. The turnkey setup provided stable performance, minimized downtime, and enhanced the efficiency of the gas lift system throughout the project duration.
